Step 1: Register with the Fiji Competition and Consumer Commission

Actions

1.1 Provide six English copies of the completed application form and all supporting documents. If any documents are in a language other than English, include an original copy of the translated documents. Ensure you include a clear explanation if any information is missing or omitted.

1.2 Sign the application form. Additionally, sign a statutory declaration confirming that all details in the application are accurate and that all submitted documents are true copies.

1.3 Submit the completed application package to the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission (FCCC) for processing.

1.4 FCCC will verify the application submitted.

1.5 If approved, FCCC will issue the wholesaler license.

  1. Valid Pharmacy License
  2. Certificate of Registration as a Pharmacist
  3. Valid Annual Practicing License for Directors, Shareholders, or Partners
